The AirDog® Fuel Preporator®, with the capability to provide fuel at flows and pressures beyond the maximum requirements of the engine, receives fuel under vacuum from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminates and unknown quantities of moisture. The fuel passes through the water separator which removes the water and large particulate contaminates that could damage or jam the gerotor fuel pump. The fuel, with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, enters the fuel pump.
The fuel, now under positive pressure flow, enters the filter. As the fuel passes through the filter media and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated. Through the positive fuel air separation features of thepatented Fuel Preporator® the separated air/vapor is discharged from the filter through the Primary Air/Vapor Discharge Port and into the return to tank passage after the regulator. The fuel passing through the filter media (free of contaminates & power robbing air/vapor and at pressures and flows to meet the needs of the engine exits the fuel filter through two passageways. The fuel for the engine, passes into the fuel pickup tube and out to the engine).
The excess fuel not needed by the engine is released through the pressure regulator to combine with the air/vapor and foam as it returns to the fuel tank. The regulator controls the fuel pressure to the engine.
Raptor® Lift Pumps
Performance Replacement Lift Pumps for Diesel Trucks and Equipment
High End Gerotor Fuel Pump Features
The Raptor® Lift Pumps allows more fuel to flow than a stock pump. If you have an upgraded engine with larger injectors, etc., then the Raptor® Lift Pump can improve fuel flow for improved performance. A large engine can starve for fuel if a better, high rate flow pump is not used.
- Built-in Adjustable Regulator
- No Return Line Needed

The Atomic EFI will fit...
The Atomic EFI was designed to bolt on to any square bore, 4-barrel intake. This includes common 4150 and 4160 designs. These intakes can be found on countless engines for muscle cars and hot rods including small and big blocks by Ford, Chevy, and Mopar. There are even aftermarket intake manifolds to convert LS engines.
Atomic LS
- Integrated fuel rails and ECU
- Patent pending wiredless technology reduces wire
- Throttle-by-wire coming soon
- Automatically recognizes 24 or 58 crank trigger wheels
- Self-learning - no laptop needed
- Returnless fuel line compatible
The Atomic LS will fit LS1/LS6, LS2/LS6, LS7 engines
and LS Truck engines
For LS1/LS6 and Truck engines, you will need a master kit and an installation kit to match your engine. There are two accessory ‘Installation Kits’ that provide the correct injector connectors for an LS1/LS6 when used with the PN 2950 LS2/3 Master Kit.
